Earlier on, I assumed support through comments would be sufficient for PrimePress. I was wrong. Support process is getting way too dis-organized and it's getting increasingly hard to find the right info under the relevent post.
Heck!… I myself am finding it hard to locate some of my answers, let alone the users.
So to simplify the support process, I've set up the support forums… to make it much more efficient and easier for both you & me. I request you to ask your PrimePress support questions in the forums.

I’m using the three sidebars and I’d like to give them all the same background color, different from the main content area background color. I’ve tried a lot of things, but nothing works. Can you help me with this?

I have just started using the theme as really liked the look of it and it seemed to serve my needs well. I must confess to being a newbie to all this and so am struggling to get my head around any customisation. Are there any simple step by steps to changing header and rotating photo; I can’t work out where I need to be loading the single photo I want in header; or how to upload my logo. Am happy to persevere but if there is a some step by step sensical support out there would be greatly appreciated as I do want to get a grip on this stuff, to a level I can have the blog I hope for. Thanks so much.

Hey there! Love the flexibility of your theme and its done wonders as an easy but performance-driven alternative to the original Wordpress.com site we had earlier on this year.
One problem I’m running into (and I know this is a Wordpress issue as much as anything), we’re getting reports that Internet Explorer is preventing users from going beyond the first “Earlie Post” tab (it cuts off midway through the second page) and, at times, is distorting images.
Any idea why and if there is a fix?
