Your instructions for putting my own header image on primepress are great... except they all start with "upload to the header folder in the primepress directory"... and I'm a newbie - sorry - HOW do I do that part? I'm in the dashboard. Thank you!

ah so solly... my IT guy got me up on the ftp client server and I did it! Thank you anyway, it's a nice system... just had to get the file in the header folder. rockon.
